Terms of service

Last updated 18 September 2026. This agreement governs your use of Cited.

Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Cited, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Cited for its intended purpose, subject to these terms.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your account credentials secure.
  • Provide accurate information.
  • Use Cited lawfully and as intended.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, disrupt it, or use it to break the law or infringe the rights of others.

Plans and payments

Cited has a free plan and paid plans billed monthly through Shopify or Wix. The price is shown before you subscribe. Paid plans on Shopify start with a 14-day free trial. You can downgrade or cancel at any time from your store’s admin, or by uninstalling the app.

Disclaimers

AI assistants change their answers from day to day. Cited reports what they said when it asked. It does not guarantee that any assistant will mention, rank or recommend your store, and its scores are indicators, not promises.

Cited is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentM is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of Cited. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using Cited at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights your local law gives you.
