Common questions
Why did my score change? AI assistants do not give the same answer twice. Cited re-asks your questions and the score follows the answers. Look at the receipts to see what changed.
Why can I not run another scan yet? Manual scans are limited by plan, with the longest wait on the free plan. The app tells you when the next one is available.
Which assistants are on my plan? Free covers Perplexity and Gemini. Growth adds ChatGPT. Pro adds Claude and Google AI Overviews.
Is the Wix version the same as the Shopify one? Not yet. Wix covers the AI visibility scan and structured data. Reputation, local rankings and the weekly digest are Shopify only for now.
There is also a feedback form inside the app, which reaches the same people.
