Delete your account & data

1. Open your Shopify admin (Settings → Apps and sales channels) or Wix dashboard (Manage Apps).
2. Remove Cited to revoke access and stop all processing.
3. Email [email protected] from your store address to erase stored audits and reports.

Deleting your account permanently removes the site, catalogue and analytics data needed to audit your AI visibility, your profile and settings, and any content you created in Cited. This is irreversible — so export anything you want to keep first.

We retain only the minimum the law requires — for example basic transaction records where financial rules apply — for as long as we are obliged to, then delete it. We never keep a shadow copy of your personal data for any other purpose.

We connect to your Shopify or Wix store — and, where you grant it, read-only analytics — to run audits and attribute AI referrals. Deleting your Cited account does not remove data held by those third parties — manage or disconnect them directly.
