What it does
Notes to quote
Describe the job in your own words or dictate it, and AI drafts the line items. You set every price.
Your rates, not guesses
Save your day rate, your price per socket, per radiator, per square metre. Starter rates for your trade are there from day one, so you never face a blank page.
It will not invent a price
Anything it cannot match to a saved rate is left at £0 with a warning. A wrong number costs more than a missing one.
Proper PDF quotes
Branded quotes and invoices with your bank details and a payment reference, ready to send by email or WhatsApp.
Quote to invoice in two taps
Won the job? The quote becomes an invoice with the same figures, and the job moves from lead to quoted to accepted to paid.
Your tax status, respected
Your VAT status is respected on every document, including reduced rates, zero rating and the CIS domestic reverse charge.
Works on site
Everything is stored on your phone, so it works with no signal. Back up and restore whenever you like.

03 · Straight talk
What it won’t do
- Guess your prices. If it cannot find a saved rate, it says so and leaves the line at £0.
- Do your tax. It respects your VAT status on each document. It is not a tax adviser.
- Connect to accounting software. Not yet. You can export to CSV today.
- Offer team seats. It is built for one tradesperson running their own jobs.
04 · Pricing
Free and Pro
The free plan covers unlimited manual quotes, three AI-drafted quotes a month, five clients, one invoice, and CSV export, backup and reminders. PDFs carry a small watermark.
Pro removes the monthly cap on AI quotes (a fair-use daily limit still applies), adds your logo, drops the watermark, and unlocks unlimited clients, unlimited invoices and pipeline analytics. The price is shown in the app in your own currency.
05 · Privacy
Privacy, plainly
- No account needed. Quotes, clients and rates stay on your device.
- Job notes you send for AI drafting are processed by Google’s Gemini. See the privacy policy for what that means.
- No analytics and no ad SDKs.
- Cloud backup is optional and held in the UK. Delete your account in the app or from the web.

Good questions
Can I get SitePrice today?
Not yet. It is in internal testing on Google Play and has not been publicly released. iOS follows Android.
Does the AI decide my prices?
No. AI turns your description into line items. Every price comes from the rates you saved, and anything it cannot match is left at £0 for you to fill in.
How does it handle VAT?
Your VAT status is respected on every document, including reduced rates, zero rating and the CIS domestic reverse charge. It is also set up for Ireland, the US, Canada and Australia.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. Everything is stored on the phone. AI drafting needs a connection, and everything else works offline.
