what 'completeness' actually means to Vinted's algorithm

Vinted's algorithm cares about ONE thing more than your title.

Listing completeness. Every empty field — brand, size, colour, condition, material — is a signal you're a casual seller. The algorithm pushes complete listings up the feed and into search results.

Most people fill in maybe 4 of the 9 optional fields. VintSnap fills all of them from the photo, automatically. That's why a re-list often outsells the original.

Same item, twice the visibility, because the listing is finally finished.

listing doesn't fail because it's hard — it fails because *starting* is hard (the bag by the door)
